He died on 14 February 1940 at New Castle, Lawrence, Pennsylvania, United States, at age 63. He was buried on 17 February 1940 at Greenwood Cemetery, Lawrence, Pennsylvania, United States.
     Giuseppe immigrated to arriving on 13 April 1891 at New York, New York, New York, United States.1 He was naturalized as a citizen of the United States circa 1900 at New Castle, Lawrence, Pennsylvania, United States. Giuseppe's occupation: Engineer in Electric Co. at Lawrence, Pennsylvania, United States, in 1910.
Biography of Giuseppe Valentino:

Giuseppe Valentino immigrated to the United States arriving New York aboard the SS Utopia on April 13, 1891. He enumerated as Joe Valentino in the 1910 Census of Hickory Twp. in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania along with his wife, Francis and three children, Tony, age 5, Tressa M. age 3 and Ralph, age 1 2/12. Joe lists his occupation as Engineer in the Electric industry. He is a renter in the same house with his father-in-law Fabrizio Crisci and his family, as well as, another family and two boarders. Joe indicated he immigrated to the United States in 1891 and was a naturalized citizen in 1900.

Harry Edward Valentino

     Harry Edward Valentino was the son of Giuseppe Valentino and Frances Crisci. He married Philomena Louise Toscano, daughter of Nicola Luciano Toscano and Rosa W. Scarazzo, on 15 October 1940. He died on 12 December 2008 at Canton, Stark, Ohio, United States, at age 93; Obitutuary Published December 13, 2008 in "The Heald" of Sharon, Mercer Co. Pennsylvania.

Harry E. Valentino of Canton, Ohio, formerly of Lattavo Drive, New Castle, died Friday morning (12-12-08) in Regency Health Care Center in Canton. He was 93.

Mr. Valentino was born Sept. 6, 1915, in New Castle, a son of the late Joseph and Frances Crisci Valentino.
He met the love of his life, Louise Toscano Valentino, when he was 16 and she was 13. They married 10 years later on Oct. 14, 1940, and remained a loving couple for the next 68 years. Louise survives in Canton.
Mr. Valentino was an Army veteran of World War II, serving as a squad leader in the infantry in Germany, France and Belgium.
For his service he received three Bronze Stars for his involvement in the Battle of the Bulge and other battles in Central Europe.
Harry was the co-owner of C&H Market in New Castle for 35 years and Valentino’s Meat Market in Croton for 15 years.
He also worked at Golden Hill Nursing Home and was in charge of purchasing for 14 years.
Mr. Valentino was a member of St. Camillus Church in New Castle; and St. Michael’s Church in Canton, the Eagles Club, Knights of Columbus, Italian Sons and Daughters of America and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing cards. Harry loved life and people and he enriched the lives of all who came in contact with him.
He loved God and his family with all of his heart and soul.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Joseph P. Valentino, Esq., of Hermitage; and Harry N. Valentino of Canton; two sisters, Mary Cagno and Jane Cagno, both of Hermitage; six grandchildren, Lisa Newmeyer, Traci Valentino, Roslyn Ellerbusch, Roxanne Valentino-Burval, Nicholas Valentino and Rachel Valentino; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jeanne Rose Valentino; five brothers, Ralph, Frank, Anthony, James and Tony Valentino; and one sister, Theresa Fazzone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or the Shenango Valley Children’s Transplant Fund, c/o First National Bank of Hermitage. He was buried on 16 December 2008 at Castle View Memorial Gardens, New Castle, Lawrence, Pennsylvania, United States.

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. -- P. Louise Valentino of Hendersonville, formerly of New Castle, died Sunday, March 31, 2013, in Hearth of Hendersonville. She was 94.

Mrs. Valentino was born Oct. 8, 1918, in New Castle, a daughter of Nicholas and Rosa Scarazzo Toscano.

She was married to Harry E. Valentino, who died Dec. 12, 2008.

Mrs. Valentino was co-owner of C&H Grocery in New Castle for 35 years.

She was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, Ladies of the Dukes and the Ladies Guild of Catholic Daughters.

Mrs. Valentino enjoyed bowling, line dancing and spending family time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She set the example of love, compassion and dedication to family for all to follow.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph P. Valentino, Greenville; and Harry N. Valentino, Gallatin, Tenn; a brother, Chester Toscano, Venice, Fla; six grandchildren and 11 great--grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Valentino was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Jeanne Rose Valentino; a brother, Harry “Kaiser” Toscano; and a sister, Constance Emerson.

Ambrose arrived New York, 24 June 1913 aboard the SS Kronprinz Wilhelm sailing from Bremen, Germany, 7 June 1913. He was at age 26, apparently traveling alone. He listed his place of birth and last residence at Hochat, Bavaria. He listed his destination as being his Uncle, Leo Weigand, 2212-20 N. 29th St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ambrose also listed his father, George Ankenbrand, of Schonfra, Bavaria as his nearest relative and as Schonfra as his place of birth.
In the 1920 census Ambrose and Thresa were living in Bridgeport, Ohio. He listed his occupation as a laborer in the steel mill. In 1920, they and their three daughters were living in Shadyside, Ohio on Tennyson St. He listed his occuption as a coal miner.

Therese Wolf arrived, apparently traveling alone at age 20, at the Port of New York on 6 July 1914 aboard the SS George Washington having sailed from Bremen, Germany. On the ships manifest she listed her nearest relative as being her mother, Elizabeth Wolf of Faulbach, Bavaria and her place of birth as Faulbach, Bavaria. Her destination was the home of her Uncle on Lincoln Ave. in Bridgeport, Ohio. We were not able to determine the name of the Uncle from the script writing.

Faulbach is a small village on the Main River about 20km west of Wurzburg and 90 km southeast of Frankfurt, Germany.
