Anna Havlíčková was the daughter of Josef Havlíček and Rozálie Mrkosová. She married František Peňáz, son of František Peňáz and Josefa Havlíčková; Anna Havlicekova and Frantisek Penaz were first cousins, and the Church and Austrian Law would not allow them to marry. Frantisek, however, acknowledged his paternity of their daughter, Frantiska Havlicekova, on her 1841 baptism record. Anna died on 3 March 1849 at Kuklik 32, Neustadtl, Moravia, Austria, at age 41.1
