Vačlav son of Patrik Hubert was born about 1741, possibly in the Pisek District, Bohemia. In 1774 he married Anna Schmidt, daughter of Andrej Schmidt, innkeeper at Nova Hospoda, Třebkov č 12 where he was living at the time. After the death of Anna, Vaclav married Dorata Pivnýová in 1796 by which he had the children listed below.

     Dorota Pivnýová was born in 1770 at Chlaponice 14, Pisek, Bohemia, Austria. She was the daughter of Jakub Pivný. She married Václav Hubert, son of Patrik Hubert, on 4 October 1796 at Bošovice 9, Pisek, Bohemia, Austria.¹ She married Tomáš Luka on 24 June 1804 at Bošovice, Pisek, Bohemia, Austria.² She died on 10 January 1808 at Bošovice 19, Pisek, Bohemia, Austria.³
