Grant and Elizabeth Bond, on 20 July 1869 at Suwannee, Florida, United States.3 He married Permelia Jane Williams, on 11 February 1882 at Suwannee, Florida, United States.4 Solomon died on 23 September 1920 at O'Brien, Suwannee, Florida, United States, at age 82. His body was buried in September 1920 at Tiger Lake Cemetery, Suwannee, Florida, United States.5

For this service he received a pension in 1903 until his death in 1920. He was described as being 5 ft. 8 in. tall, weigh about 125 pounds, had blue eyes, light colored hair, and light complexion.
