Charles was born on 2 October 1892. He married Wilma Kelly, daughter of William Albert Kelly and Carrie Olive Weaver, on 4 March 1936.¹ Charles died on 24 April 1964 at age 71. His body was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Taylor, Florida, United States.²
