     William was born on 12 February 1877.1 He married Mae Noley Gramling, daughter of Issac Daniel Gramling and Sarah Elizabeth Williams. William died on 30 September 1952 at Madison, Florida, United States, at age 75. His body was buried in October 1952 at Mount Horeb Cemetery, Madison, Florida, United States.2
