     Ernest was born on 13 April 1920.1 He was the son of Richard Frank Waller Sr. and Florrie Mae Tompkins. He died on 20 January 1953 at Augusta, Richmond, Georgia, United States, at age 32.2 He was buried at Tabernacle Methodist Church Cemetery, Washington, Georgia, United States.2

Jabez "Jay" Joines Waller

M, b. 27 June 1838
     Jabez "Jay" Joines Waller was born on 27 June 1838 at Sandersville, Washington, Georgia, United States.1 He married Nancy "Annie" Ann Sheppard on 4 March 1858.1
     Biography of Jabez "Jay" Joines Waller:
Information came from Confederate Military and Pension records. Enlisted in Savannah Ga. on April 1862 in Martins Artillery Company. Stayed in service for 3 years till war ended. He was paroled in Milledgeville Ga. after the close of the war.
First record of appling for pension was in 1895, at the age of 57. Muster roll for November and December 1863 shows him home sick. Admitted to Floyd House and Ocmulgee Hospitals, Macon Ga. on November 29, 1863. January 1, 1864 shows a 30 day extension.
1895 listed his occupation as farming. Could earn $2.00 per month. Had physical condition at time he applied for pension was weak and feeble, caused from age and disease. Been diseased for 25 years caused from exposure in the Military service, heart failure, bloody piles. Applied on the grounds of " infirmity and poverty".
He was a sound and healthy man when he joined the Confederate army, by exposure while in the service, he had an attack of chronic diarrhea which resulted in bloody piles which is now chronic.
Jabez signed his name with an X mark. James F. Brooks was his witness as to serving in the war, they served togather. James stated that Jabez was a faithful soldier for 3 years.
He applied for his pension in 1897, 1898, 1899, 1900, 1901 listed as not strong enough to do farm work, 1902, 1903 is in feeble health, 1904 bad health, failing eyesight, 1905, 1906 infirm and debilitated by old age, the last year he applied was in 1907.1

Senann Waller
     Senann Miliary Waller was born on 8 March 1860 at Washington, Georgia, United States.1 She was the daughter of Jabez "Jay" Joines Waller and Nancy "Annie" Ann Sheppard. She married Robert Francis Brooks, son of Amanda Ann Brooks, on 29 December 1880 at Washington, Georgia, United States.1 She died on 11 November 1928 at Statesboro, Bulloch, Georgia, United States, at age 68.1

     Clifford Horace "C.H." Wright was born on 10 August 1944 at Sandersville, Washington, Georgia, United States.1 He was the son of Talmadge Wright and Bertha Corine Lord. He died on 2 September 1993 at Augusta, Richmond, Georgia, United States, at age 49.1
